Ask for a card from the staff in any of our restaurants, bakeries, or pastry shops. We will be happy to give you one. Another option is to stop by the Klub Ambiente in the Burzovní palác or write to us for a card at ambikarta@ambi.cz and we will send it to you by mail.
You can start loading expenses onto your Ambiente loyalty card from the first moment. But don't forget to register it, only then will you start collecting bonuses and receiving invitations and news from Ambiente in your email.
Na věrnostní kartu můžete načíst všechny útraty z restaurací, pekáren, řeznictví apod. Na kartu nelze načíst útraty online ani nákup dárkových karet.
Everyone forgets sometimes :-) When you're ready to pay with us, please ask the staff for the bill associated with the forgotten card. Then, take a photo or scan of the bill and send it along with your loyalty card number to the email ambikarta@ambi.cz. This additional processing is only valid for receipts dated no more than a month old.
We will take care of a new card very quickly. You can obtain it in three ways:
1) At any of our establishments, pick up a new loyalty card. After logging into the card administration, you can activate the card yourself under the "Card Management" tab in the "Change Card" field. Enter the 8-digit code from the new card, wait for the confirmation email, and confirm your request for assigning a new card by clicking through and logging in.
2) Stop by the Klub Ambiente, where we will issue you a new card and merge it with your loyalty account.
3) Write to us at ambikarta@ambi.cz and we will send you a new card by mail to the address of your choice.
You can load accounts on each Ambiente loyalty card before you sign up. Only at the time of registration do we know about you and are ready to turn your account points into bonuses. We automatically add bonuses to your card on the first of every month. Just wait :-)
Yes you can! You can share your card with someone or have it at your disposal on your phone or tablet.
Your plastic card will remain functional.
Yes you could but we don't recommend it :) You don't know where the card is and who could end up using it. Request a new card, match it to your account and then download the card into your phone.
Yes, there is no other option at the moment. First, pick up a plastic card or have one sent to you. Register and then download the card to your phone in the Card management section.
If you've lost your plastic card, the card will still work on your phone. You can block your card (regardless of the device) under the Card management menu on karta.ambi.cz. If you can't find your card, request a new one. You can change your card under the Card management menu and download the new version of your card to your phone (and delete the old one).
